To help you be secure and have a legit usage of your email, we have an extra step of validation while signing up. That’s verification of your email and activate your BearTax account. This article will walk you through the activation process.

When you sign up with BearTax, we send an email to your account to check the credibility of the person signing up and the email used to signup.

Once you have signed up, you will receive a verification email.

To activate your account, please open your email app, and look for an email from BearTax with the subject “Welcome to BearTax! You are one step closer”. Open this email and click the “Activate Account” button.

I signed up for an account, but can’t see an email from BearTax.

If you still haven’t found an activation email from Typeform, please contact support using the button at the end of this article.

• Check your spam folder. Our activation emails sometimes land in the spam folder. Open your email application, and check your Spam folder.
• Wait for a few minutes. Our activation emails may occasionally take some time to reach your inbox, so check your inbox and spam folders again after 15 minutes.

Why have I received an email from BearTax?

You will receive this activation email if you have used to signup for BearTax. If you have not signed up and still got an activation email from us, that means someone has signed up for a BearTax account with your email address. Please go ahead and reset your email password for your security.
